hook sizes

what hook size do you find works best on the walk way ?

last week i was using size 2/3 but the guy beside me was using a size 1

That's all i use when i fished the walk way 2'o vikings and my mate
Chris was using 3'os in the winter you will see lads using 4,5o size hooks
so it all depends on the size of the fish ya fishing for to what hook size you use.

3/0 SAKUMAS ,I use Lenny,probs go up to 4/0 or even 5/0 in the winter,most fish can handle a 3/0,depends what you are targetting Lenny :up22:

using 2/0  3/0 at the moment but will be going upto 4s and 5s by october.remember the bigger the hook the less fish you will catch as big fish can swallow small hooks, but small fish cannot swallow large hooks.

You will be surprised Bri i have had a flatty on a 5/0 before and it wasn't fouled
hooked.

poorly friday night n all day yesterday,give it a miss this weekend n might try during week.
