must have been doing something , its speeded up and post goes back to therad now instead of portal page  :up22: or not ,  very odd things gong on

Free host = high contention ratio, so sometimes it will get sluggish, nature of the beast unfortunately.

Could also be some hardware resetting at the hosts server end.

mines ok,does slow down on occasion,then i just reboot the system and its ok again
