i certainly aint no expert but i use firefox find it excellant. firewall i dont use windows firewall i use zone alarm its free lot better than windows firewall read up on it. also i use spybot search and destrot you must do the updates and immunise features read up on it again and also use adaware se free again do updates again. all these can be found on file hippo just put that in google.

also every now again i do a scan with trend micro housecall.

above has done me for years trouble free.

they say spybot and adware clashes with each other but i dont have any problems.

your problem may relate to others things if so i aint knowledgable enough to help.      john

strange how you go on some sites and they are realy slow myfishcasting has been for me recently.

wsf has been acting up recently not been getting on at time but ok now,not suprised at how it dos,nt act up with amount of post members that use it.

tried to understand this forum sometimes you have log in to read posts sometimes not.

is this an open forum? dos,t realy matter to me

or is it sometimes left open for public to look in and entice them to join??

bry try a systems restore .go back a month and if it dosent clear go back to when you installed something and delete it in the control panel and uninstall it,(if that made sence) then free up space in your administive tools.hope this helps.
of all the things iv lost,
only my mind needs to be found.

Try using 'Malwarebytes' sometime, I've came across more than a couple of problem spyware/adware issues that none of the other programs could deal with that Malwarebytes made short work of.

There is a free version of it and it's reasonably quick even on a quick scan, worth a look for anyone with a slow system.
