3 hrs today on the gare

Had a blast today 1hr before h/w 1 hr after then 1 hr on the plug.Fished a baited float rig over rock and kelp for the hr before and after h/w hoping to temp a wrasse or kelpie managed 1 small coalie,then went for a bit of plugging mainly to try a plug I've modified from a deep diver to shallow,anyway it looks good in the water,plenty of attention from the terns so it looks like an early morning job in the morning.No pics lad's the coalie was only about as big as the plug I used later.They seemed to be getting Mackey alright on the end,bit crowded with the wind direction and loads of fresh water coming down the river,everyone was trying to fish the same corner.
