Blackpool

Me and Mark headed off to Blackpool last night nay chance of a cod but hopefull of catching summat. A very slight North Westerly and a moderate sea greeted us. It looked well fishy (to us at any rate  :lol2:). Lots of anglers down there on the wall.

Fishing 3 up 2 down we had nothing for the first hour so chaged tactics to a 2 hook flapper with size 4 hooks with frozen black/bluey squid tip. This resulted in a double header of dabs off the sandbank the other side of the gulley for me. The dabs continued with Mark nabbibg a lovely flounder the only flounder of the night.

Packed up at midnight as the rain set in with a good bag of dabs and a flounder for our efforts.
