Redcar yesterday
« on: January 12, 2013, 12:58:14 pm »
Fished redcar from 1 til 6 over high water, nice bit of surf on it looked ripe for bass.Unfortunately someone forgot to mention it to the Bass.Very quiet on the flood (normally the best time) an hr into the ebb got a knock which resulted in a small cod. Then got a good bang on the rod lifted into it and it felt like a decent fish banging about on the way in,turned out to be a flatty foul hooked and coming in sideways :lol2:Anyway nice day shame about the fish but not a blank :up22:
