Dimlington report,,,,,,,,Not Good

Sorry lads not a good report, got to dimmo at 10am about 20 anglers on the beach the get down ramp had been well used by hundreds of anglers over the last week but there was a space to the south so decided to chance it.   got rigged up and fishing it was a nice day overcast calm after having the bait in the water 20 mins  time for a rebait ,,, a result a fekin slug.. and 20lb of weed,  lee also had the weed, this went on for 4 hours, decided at 4 pm thats enough.
on the way off talked to some of the lads fishing and they could not believe after the hundreds of cod been caught the last week thay have gone think only i cod caught today 4lb 8oz...

 I fished with a new reel today the penn affinity really happy with it think it has put 20mt on my cast,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,  Tight line lads,,,,,,,,,,,,         ,, Bri,,

Unlucky Bri,same old problem for beach anglers,the dreaded weed,if its there you aint got a chance........And for the record i have seen Trev cast over 60m with a 6oz gripper...........................and a rod rest attached to it,extreme casting hide

What's this about casting the fence Trev,,is 6ozs not heavy enough for ya.
