went out this morning around 8 o clock for a few hours,,dropped a pot in last night to get some crab for bait,,lifted it this morning and there was about 30-40 crab in it,,a lot of them were still soft so shared them out and left the marina,,went to see one of the lads 1st thing to get some fresh makerel off him and then went onto the wrecks,, 1st drop and picked a cod up,,3lb ish and that was the only cod i had on the boat,,every inshore wreck was covered in makerel,,never kept 1 of them,,just couldnt get through them,,meant to take the spinning gear with me for a bit of sport but forgot about it and left it in the van,,will remember it next week though,,still was a nice day to get out,,got to get out when ya can now the way the weather has  been this season.     tight lines lads.

when they are in nice one marra.

well done on getting out parrot and wetting a line this season been a nightmare weather wise think we got spoiled last year cod everywhere and weather not to bad.

still fish there lads but its getting harder to find them,,they have got a habit of not been where you think they should be,,hahaha..

Good report dave,,think it,s better down here only slightly . the boats around brid are getting cod
some to 6lb nothing bigger a few maccies for them whats fishing for them.
the cod what are taken are under the cliffs,, close in..
