Having a bad day !!

Got up this morning and my back has gone,must have been lieing funny as when i straightened up i felt the rods in my back go 'ping', legs switched off and give way from under me.Hello the floor. I now feel like i'm plugged into the electric and legs aren't working properly and can barely walk. Never had a bad one like this more a while.Looks like its a day flat on the sofa for me.

having to use both sticks to just stand up on me feet mate. pumped myself full of tablets,just got to wait now for it to calm down.  Got me out of going shopping  :YHMAN: :YHMAN: :YHMAN:

Lets hope im fit for the trip on sunday. Can't have any tinnies pumped up to the eyeballs on my tablets to try and get the muscles to relax and stop spasming.Everytime it spasms it tears the muscles that have bonded to the rods and pins so as you can imagine it hurts a bit.

coming out in sympathy with you tonight , can hardly move , still should have my neck fused in the next 3 weeks that should help

life saver for me has been an electric heat pad i got in lidl 14 month ago
like an electric blanket you can wear , straps on and once hot can be unplugged so you can move around with it on

Know the feeling m8 ,am waiting for a Laminectomy and spinal fusion myself,sick of all the tablets .I rattle when I walk lol.
