South Gare 7/1/11
« on: January 07, 2011, 04:08:06 pm »
Managed to snatch an hours fishing before I picked the lad up from college.Fished the ramp on  the riverside got a rockling first cast, followed by plenty of knocks but nowt connecting, look like billet and flattie rattles. Just fishing with lug an mackey tip on a scratching rig, anyway it past an hr away and not a blank.

:lol2: :lol2: It's a what ever you get match apart from rocky's.It's a bit of a charity match "Jim Maidens" was a local lad who's boat tipped a few yr ago coming back into Saltburn sadly he did'nt survive it so the match is fished every year and the entry money goes to the RNLI and the air ambulance. Will call round and pay the entry even if I don't fish it. :YHMAN:
