shields pier 3/1/11

well got down for 6am till 2.30pm bloody cold fingers froozen had 3 dabs 1 whiting my paul had a cod just over the lb mark harry had a coalie and bob had a dab so we all managed not blank thought there would of been a few cod showing with them sea's away not to worry got to get better soon  :RK222:

Well done jim on getting some fish out. There seems to be the odd codling coming out now so lets hope its the beginning of it picking up.
Anyone can fish......It's Catching them that's the hard part.

was down myself just after the first gates expected a blank but second last cast got a nice little fat coaly  :PTYIT: 4 blanks in a row then a coaly save me from the 5th so i was happy with it

been down the pier myself tonight 8/1/11, caught 2 whiting and a dab all on the last of the flood from the south east corner, didnt have nowt on the ebb. this is the first time in probly over a month iv caught more than 1 fish in a session think it was cause of me lucky rod  :YHMAN: 6 out of 8 session have been blanks for me hopefully i can  get me winning streak back up now  :fish:

was happy with the little whiteys today as im used to blanking lol but im normal a cod hunter   :fish:

Shame nee cod showed for ya but ya managed a few small ones out to save ya blank.
