vid clips

what is the easy way or easy understanable way to put vid clip on here.

its just i caught a 14lb codling last night and took a short vid clip.

upload it to photobucket ( sticky how to on top of each forum) as you would a photo and use the image link ( last one of the 4 in the drop down box)  to copy and paste here
