You already know the answer Ed :TNGGGY: For the record Myself, Keith (Ellis) and Wolfydave fished Seaham Hall from 3-30 til 8pm baits used were
rag,lug,runnydown,squid,razor,mussel,macky,bluey
The net result was wolfydave caught a fishing net about 3 times,me and Keith caught naffall. Can't explain it there was plenty of sea on good swells coming in plenty of colour in the water in other words it had everything you want for a good session :SADACTS: :dr2: :dr2:
I'm not a complete idiot there's bits missing

A great report there Trev and like you say the conditions were perfect, just can't believe we didn't even get a small coalie as we literally has all bait options covered. Was still a good night and the banter was great. To eddie and chris we definitely need a group meet, it will be a good laff.
Anyone can fish......It's Catching them that's the hard part.

I got caught in nets casting 100 yards out eddie mate. Surely they won't have put nets out that close to the shore.

Was it a washed up net i cant see them shooting a net that far in on a big tide unless other lads have put it out by hand over low water.

The chuck of net i managed to bring in was shredded at a couple of edges but you cound still see the netting squares. The other 2 times i must have cast into the rest of the net as on retrieval you could feel the pull on the line and the give on it before it locked up solid and you could no longer retrieve. The only option i then had was to snap the line off. Gonna have a look down this morning and see whether there are nets placed at low water.
