hopefully the fishing will pick up againg for next weekend, i was down the pier today for a look at the sea and it flat as a fart no one was fishing at all on the pier saw someone over the groyne and seen someone walking away down ocean road so must have been nowt happening. iiii he was very happy he had just baught the rod a ziplex zeteque and his best shimano trinidad reel, luckily the tide was coming in so i was following it down the pier trying to catch it got it before it got stuck in the blocks bottom eye was smashed but thats nothing compared to losing the rod. i was scared to cast my rod the rest of the night with the ice about.
