3 hours fishing

slid down fishing last night fishing for 6pm 2 lad been there for a hour had 1 fish 3lb the wind coming from the east was  very strong i would not have come out of the house if i relised how strong the wind was the sea was big but i was down so i tried . first cast about 1.8lb stuck for the  next 4 casts i hate fishing the flood on this mark next cast fish about 2lb getting really big the sea by this time lost 2 more sets of gear still blowing hard  so i made up my mind to go home but after i got all my gear together i still stood there for 20 minutes wondering if i  am doing the right thing 3 waves in the face later started the long walk to the car passed coddy on the way off looking foward to his report it was a right walk back to the car when i got there was the wind less than when i started. drove
home got out of the car not a breath of wind bad call allan well theres still tonight

Well done Allan for venturing out in this weather.The weather reports are saying the winds are due to get a lot stronger and from the east, so they are going to be bitterly cold.
Anyone can fish......It's Catching them that's the hard part.

i dont no about the bad call bit allan , sounds like the right decision , had a drive down about 7pm last neet big swells and a strong wind hendon beach would of been unfishable imho

a couple more fish alan,,,,Right choice made to come off,not enjoyable if your not getting much action and your watching over your shoulder all the time..........sure you will make up for it by the time the weeks out :up22:

we left just after you allan some dodgey swells  wanted to soak us more  cudnt be bothered to sit  it out till low water

i it was big mate did the wind ease off any becouse it did not seem as strong when i got back to the car going back down tonight if the wind does not come are you going down about 10esh

not sure allan sure its  turning e/ne and around 20mph winds well thats what bbc weather shows
