Couple of hrs tonite
« on: November 24, 2010, 07:56:56 pm »
Headed for Redcar tonight around 4 to fish just behind the  scaurs abit up from the royal slipway. Just a bit of sleet when I started and a steady breeze, the fishing was steady but just billet coming out then around half 6 the wind picked up and heavy snow belting straight into the shore it became impossable to hold the bottom even with a 7oz gripper.Quite a big sea on as I came away just before 7, so the net result was half a dozen billet all returned baits used rag, lug, cart.
