Staincliffe hotel.
« on: November 19, 2010, 11:44:16 pm »
Met up with Stephen (Szgany) for a session at Seaton Carew beach tonight, fished 2 before an 2 after L/W. Good number of rods out as the sea was spot on, dying down after the s/easterly well the coddies never showed got 2 Billet out and did'nt see another fish landed, Disappointing really as the conditions were ideal to fish onto the scaur but still had a good bit of crack so enjoyed the night

Trev is this mark known for bass? Sure i read a while back it was getting netted due to the amount of bass. Hard lines mate, the billet seem to be a pain at times.

The beach fishes for Bass but the thing you read will have been further round into the river there was a big kick up about nets in an area regarded as a bass nursery
