A question for Davey(parrot)

Now dave, What line do you use on you're Alvey,been recommended to use spiderwire red (8o lb) with a 70lb shocker. This is for the cliff's just wonder what it's like with mono.
I'm not a complete idiot there's bits missing

i am using 30lb okuma ultramax with a 60lb shocker,,put a back to back swivel on the end of the shocker and one on your lead link as the line twist is bad,, with mono anyway,,dont know what the twist is like with braid though,,when i had braid on it i was having bother with crack offs,,tried everything to stop it but couldn"t,,which one have you bought trev???    Davy..

It's the 600 bc Dave, the lad i got it off fishes cliffs about 300 ft and recommeded the spider wire, he's also a big hitter on the casting field he says he uses 80 lb braid and a shocker to ease the cast

It'll have to wait till the sea's on the way down mate, fishing the rocks tommorra in the open, only a couple of places will fish down here in these condition's. The cliff's will have to wait, not been out for a week, had a look today should be interesting in the morning. :o :up22:

Yep he's still talking to us Davy,he got 2 blackbacks an I got half a kelp forrest, which he mentioned about every 2 mile on the way home. :cm1:
