Catastrophy looms at Seaham club
« on: August 01, 2010, 01:19:59 am »
Seen this on wsf;

Quote
Seaham sea angling club, the regions largest fishing club is facing difficult times if the rumors currently circulating the angling grapevine are to be belived. It would seem the club has not got enough committee/ officals to run the place and that last weeks dads &lads competition had to be canceled, it is also very noticeble that competition entries are well down on normal. I as a outsider looking in hope that things are quickly sorted out as the loss of this club will be a catastrophy .

been reading it on bsa sam ,never had the inclination to join a club but after reading about the success this club has had in the past makes it  the top club in the northeast and probs one of the best in the country for someone to join .its a shame that it has run into difficulties but it all seems to have went downhill after a few commitee men left the club after being forced out through envious members that thought they could do better.i may have that wrong but its the impresion thats being left by the other forums members who are/were members of this once great club.
hopefully they can get themselfs sorted out with all this nonsence and get back to being a fishing club not a debating /fighting club.
of all the things iv lost,
only my mind needs to be found.

Should sort itself out come the winter,still a lot of people keen to post the demise of seaham club,think these people should put more effort in promoting what seaham club has achieved over the years :up22:
