Met up with Davy down Roker pier,big swells coming in looked perfect,fished the barrier,very poor, Davy had one good bite which slacklined him,missed it though,little rattles most of the night,very few fish caught on the pier,only fish caugh t i seen was by Coddy,he had 3 codling pound half,Davy left about 12 i stayed till 2.30......should of went with Davy,waste of time..good bit craic though..............Hopefully the boy will do better in the Seaham comp today,lovely sea running......

I would of bet money on getting fish out last night Eddie,as dave says lovely night for a blank :lol2:
Just spoke to Arran he came around early this morning for the bait i had left and hes camped up in the first bay at Hendon,will keep you informed as the day goes on :YHMAN:

Hard lines lads,it was poor last night,had one 3lb from ryhope and me cousin had one 2lb,tried the prom for a few hours but the weed down there was horrendous,good luck to Arran in comp,just had a quick drive down,one of lads had a size coaly and said there was some codling taken,so looks good,out tonight try me luck,conditions look spot on...  :YHMAN:
