Fished Roker today inshore with the float rod,big tides, clear water and flat as a fart, canny session, had half a dozen mackerel, loads of coalies and a couple of pollack, very enjoyable on a very light rod, very little getting caught on the end...loads of spratt busting all over the place, think it will be a while until we see the last of the macky.
