Big dabs

well went looking for a big cod today  got a small dab stright away , big cod love dabs so thought i was in with a chance nee cod but another couple of big dabs, so any one looking to do a bit dabbling they are there

Sorry to hear you didnt get any cod Tony but look on the bright side at least you didnt blank.

One of the lads from whitburn who fished along the beach said there were loads of biggish sand-eels washed up on the beach, if the sand-eels are back in close the cod have to be around I reckon.
