south shields pier 12/12/10 sea's are up

just had a phone call off my m8 paul say's the the harbor is chucking weed up nowt been caught but looks good for tonight wave's coming over and it nearly bottom water winds where supposed to NNW but coming from NNE so might get one or two tonight :YHMAN:

Atleast there's fish being caught Jim, makes a change lately could produce some cod after dark

was down the pier myself today water very brown in the harbour side alot of fresh water had a few chucks in the rubble had nothing not even a nibble nice bump on in the harbour though, changed to the seaside fishing around where the second gates where and caught a rockling :cm1: :cm1: seen a few flattys caught heard of a few coalys and only heard of 2 codling gettin caught all day, for the amount of rods in the water suprised there wasnt many fish caught. think il be giving it a miss for a while unless i hear of out getting caught
