The Hall
« on: December 10, 2010, 02:33:41 pm »
Well gents ive been down the hall this morning to have a look about at low tide. The beach has changed dramatically over the last 2 weeks,There are large areas of beach where the sand has been shifted away leaving some lovely deep rutts and other areas where there was just plain rock showing have now got a good covering of sand and the rock outcrop tops are just showing.
I managed to retrieve Trevs gloves so that has saved him a few bob and i managed get get back some gear i lost lastnight. So all in all a productive morning.
Lastly, i had a word with a couple of blokes who have boats and they have told me that they are even struggling to get a catch off the shore. So it isn't just us lad who are blanking.
Anyone can fish......It's Catching them that's the hard part.

2011 SPECIES CAUGHT:  Coalie x3(biggest 33.5cm), Rockling x6, Blenny x1, Flounder x1, Whiting x1
