Help the site grow

I know not every member who joins the site will contribute alot just like reading sites reports etc i do  the same on some sites,however its always healthy for a site if members are posting,even if its a youtube video link of casting post it  ,lets make the site as good as the last one,admins/mods mainly this post is for the members who aren't posting or newbies to the site as i know alot of us admins/mods and most regular members already contribute regularly to the site.

Like i say not everyone wants to post just read which is fine but it would be nice for more posts from members/newbies on the site.
