first gate shields

Fished the first gate shields pier,big tides,good swell .....looked fishy,i managed one just sized codling,coalies.....plenty fish coming in,Mick Brown,got a couple over the two pound mark and kindly donated them to my feed the family fund...nice one mick :up22:....other lads csatching fish further down of the same stamp.......crab was the bait.......unfortunatly i had none :lol2:Trev came down last couple of hours.....good craic canny afternoons fishing :up22:

sounds like a canny sesh wish l could get out been crabing the last three nights 12 bloody crab the size of 10p have to look round and see who's selling have to get out befor l crack up  :bang: :bang:

Digging on the mussel beds this morning,found plenty of softies,no peeler looks like you'll have to wait for the ****(males) to start peeling,probably in the next couple of weeks.
I'm not a complete idiot there's bits missing
