well headed down for around 6.30pm got out of car then the wind hit me was tempted to head back home but as l was all ready down  l had to give it a go. started walking up the pier with wind rain and sleet hitting me tryed the rail end first plenty of yty's being caught my m8 steve come down so we headed up to the end . we where catching dabs and small tomy's with that wind you could'nt tell if you where getting a bite after a couple of hour's managed to pull in a nice fresh run cod just over 4lb we left around 10.30pm bait was fozen yellow's hope it settle's for tonight for a couple of hour's so l can get out

Well done on the cod jim it was hard going last night we might be heading
along shields tonight only the first gate so ya might pass us on the way
was there out at the first gate last nightdo ya know. ?
