Uploading an Avatar

How to upload an avatar onto this site

1)Click on profile
2)Then click on Forum Profile
3)Choose an avatar from the gallery or upload a one from your photo bucket copy and paste the direct link from your image from your photo bucket album,alternatively you can upload an image from your p.c by selecting browse and clicking on the image you want to upload.
4)Click on Change profile>you should now have an avatar.....

when i uploaded my avatar the boobies bounced up and down,when i set it as my avatar they are static,what have i done wrong  :SCARED@:
