Rather you than me jim......i once did that climb with my gear in my rucksack and i thought i was having a heartattack by the time i got to the top...Never again.
ive got breathing problems and it kills me got have a rest every flite of stairs but needs must got to give it ago gonna move along to second bay as tide moves back  :fish:
