The prices are going up in January its 220 quid for the level 1 and 440 for the level 2,level 1 & level 2 involves getting a crb check-course is run over 2 days, after getting qualified you can go out with a level 2 to gain so much experience and then ya can go onto the next stage to gain the level 2-the level 2 is run over 6 days involves canny bit paper work, demonstrating your angling skills/knowledge and more stuff but its straight forward just how they word half the stuff that can get ya thinking a little. Once your on the level 2 course you've got 2 years to complete it but 6 days is more then enough this one i'm on spread over 6 day but these days are from November and finish in february.

There needs to be more level 2 sea angling coaches in especially in the n.e,there's only 2 local to the sunderland area that i know of. Also once qualified you get a i.d card then you can take groups/adults/kids out fishing as long as your qualified, insured and everything is above board tax etc and its good pay too-that's if you get the work from it.

Also add angling only been recognised as a sport by the awarding body the last few years.
