Totally agree Sam,
As I said over there I don't necessarily agree with the 50 post thing for the ads but, that's mainly because it will create work for the admins/mods there.
Then again, as I understand it certain people who've been taking the water on BSA (one of whom had a right pop at TT as-well) keep coming back over and over.
I know 1st hand how difficult it can be blocking certain IP addresses because they are not uniquely tied to 1 person which is one of the headaches they are dealing with and no doubt you have same issues here.

Who knows where it will go, trial and error I guess.
