Blood bight dropper
This strong, easy-to-tie loop is ideal for rigging bottom fishing rigs which employ one or more hooks above a sinker such as a snapper lead. Both the hooks and the weight may be easily looped onto the droppers.

   1. To construct a Blood Bight, double the required length of line as shown.

   2. Take the doubled end back around the doubled strands three to five times.

   3. Then back through the loop at the end. Lubricate and pull tight with a strong, even pressure.

To attach a hook or eyed sinker, simply pass the loop through the eyelet and over the end of the item of tackle. Terminals attached in this way are easily removed without cutting the line.
