Ihavent mate,but did get a pair of fingerless gloves from rutherfords last year which were sound as a pound,my hands tend to seize up in the cold,i dont relly feel the cold as i work outside in the winter,but me joints just start to struggle a bit especially reeling in,...are these mittens waterproof and would the batteries still work in the wet :s

Not sure whether them are the ones i posted but the thinsulate type ones are waterproof,read this about one of them must make your hands very warm;
