So am i right in thinking,what your saying is the foreign boats can come and fish our waters,catch what they like and land them where they are not under our fisheries rules /regs wtf

Same rules and regs, just the Spanish enforcement officers aren't so bothered about enforcing when their boats land their catch.

It's true some 'foreign' boats are caught and fined, but when you compare this to a British commercial fisherman had the proceeds of crime act used against him, seizing his boat, car, house and every penny he had to his name it's hardly the same level of enforcement across EU borders.
