its a bit like a small scarborough reel that turns for casting i just remember1 of me dads friends useing it when i was a little un.everyone andi do meen everyone used to have to get out of the way cause if ya didnt get it right you would put someones lights out for good.
these look a lot less bother than the ones of old but from the video the princable is still the same .
i 1st thought they were trotting reels used by freshwater anglers then fly reels strange looking things.
