Let them get on with it,if it does happen its going to be a good while before it does come into effect,in the mean time enjoy the free fishing,bait digging,allthough we are allready paying the goverment by way of taxes on all of the products we buy,fuel to get where we want to go etc,some of these taxes will be spent on projects to improve our coastline....Hendon prom for example
