If it comes the places they will hit will be the easy marks,like the piers etc the chances of getting nobled on the more remote spots will be next to nil.They're already doing it with pot licenses(which cost nowt but a stamp) but seen a few lad's pulled on the gare and bring the police in so it's off to the station and an on the spot fine or the threat is go to court and face a fine of up to ?2000 so most people pay the spot fine.
