I the fish will not last long  it realy p***ed me off.

Example

Why dont they just say your quoter for the month is 20 tone any fish once
it land ya cant go out till next month the boats will have less time at see but
will of made the money for the month saves throwing all good eating ish away.

Only certain part of the sea should be trawled as well.
